Great customer service and super responsive to messages.

Beautiful colours. Very good for half up/half down sort of styles, a little too small for me to twist all of my hair and grip it up to my head. The next size up in medium or large would be better for this.

I love it and I love the lovely touches with the bag & beautiful smell

I was quite sceptical when I was looking at these clips and their prices but I’m so glad I ordered them. They arrived on time, gorgeous packing and the quality is outstanding. Worth every penny!

What a pleasure to deal with such a customer focussed company!! I messed up by ordering the wrong sized clip and cannot speak more highly of the customer service I received in sorting out a return and replacement clip.

The clip itself is lovely and I can immediately feel that my hair is secure and will hold all day without the constant fiddling I have had with other brands clips.

The clip came in beautiful packaging along with a hand written card which is such a lovely touch.

I would not hesitate to recommend and I’m sure I will be back to buy clips in different colours.

Thank you everyone at Carlotta for a first class shopping experience !

I have extremely fine, short hair and the most common small hair clips tend to slide out of my hair. These mini clips are pretty incredible and don't move a bit all day. I'm ordering a few more styles to try!

Love my clip so much, I always struggle to keep a hair clip in my hair as it slides out and the inner clips are amazing. So pretty and functional and I absolutely loved the handwritten message from the founder. Will definitely be buying more and will be gifting all my friends for Christmas!!

I have genuinely had the most lovely experience with Carlotta! I was dealing with Barbara during my order process and she made everything so easy! Her recommendations were spot on and my clips arrived stunningly packaged and the most gorgeous colour ways.
My box of clips arrived super fast and they are actually stunning -I am so fussy!!! I’d highly recommend!
Barbara legit needs a payrise!! She’s a fantastic member of the team and she would go out of her way to help with anything. I had my (sisters hahaha) clip in all day yesterday and it didn’t budge. That was with jumpers going on and off throughout the day.
5* service and products!! Thank you again Barbara 😍

Beautiful hair clip. It arrived very quickly in a gorgeous scented pouch bag. I would highly recommend as a gift. I bought this one for myself, but will definitely be looking at the website again nearer Christmas time. Great hold up for my long, fine hair

Gorgeous quality, gorgeous designs, gorgeous brand

Love these!!! They are so comfy to wear which was always an issue with other hair clips and these actually stay in my thin hair all day.

I’d love to see a black marbled clip.

:)

Really comfy which was the main issue I had with many other branded clips. These also genuinely stay in my thin hair all day!!

Will definitely be buying more.

I’d love to see a black marbled one.

Love it but a bit pricey for what it is

I loved my first order so much that I came back for two more clips in different designs. They are beautiful and so well made. The clips feel strong and secure and stay perfectly in place all day. Really pleased with my purchase.

Love love love my new clips. They look so beautiful and feel such good quality.
They hold my hair in place all day. My scalp doesn't feel painful, like it does when I use a hair tie.
